Greenville Federal is pleased to announce three board-approved officer promotions for Annette Ryan-Baker, Holly Hildebrand, and Scott Hochstein. This blog shares more about each of the three employees and how they’re making a difference at Greenville Federal.
Meet Annette Ryan-Baker – Executive Vice President, Chief Lending Officer
Annette has been promoted to executive vice president, chief lending officer of Greenville Federal. She began with Greenville Federal in 2014, going above and beyond to contribute to the bank’s success over the past 10 years.
“Working at a community bank is centered around building strong relationships with both customers and co-workers,” said Annette. “You often know your customers by name and can directly see the impact of your work on their lives.
“I appreciate the close-knit work environment, where leadership is accessible, decisions are made efficiently, and employees have valuable opportunities for growth.”
She finds meaning in knowing she’s making a difference in the community.
“I truly value the personal connections built from the initial conversation to the moment a purchase is made,” said Annette. “It’s fulfilling to help my customers find the best financial solutions for their needs. I also take pride in making a meaningful difference in the community where I both live and work.”
Annette also serves as the current president of the Troy Development Council and is a member of the Miami County Revolving Loan Fund Review Committee. She enjoys spending her free time in nature, including walking her dogs, hiking, and boating.

Holly appreciates the support she receives from others at Greenville Federal.
“There are a lot of great things about Greenville Federal,” said Holly. “What I enjoy the most is the support I receive from my team and Annette. I can’t do this job by myself; it takes everyone!”
